The Rebels won their first three games and then fell flat and lost the next two. We have had a great season, 37-15-1, won three Championships, three runners up in 8 tournaments.

Exclamation Re: 18U ASA Eastern Nationals in Salem, VA

    Coachjwb,

Probably not as much as I will miss it, and watching some great softball games. My players did say this was the best summer they ever had playing, even though we did not do as well as I or they expected. It was a great year, with some good games but most importantly made some lasting memoires the girls will have for the lifetime. It was the closest knit team I have ever seen or coached, and regardless of the score or errors, I never heard one cross word among the players. I will sure miss them, and all you guys on the travel circuit as well.

Thank you very much for the post and I sincerely appreciate it. We did not do badly at Nationals considering we only had a total of 9 players, only 1 pitcher, and every game Saturday, our right fielder was barely able to stand due to sickness. So I was very thankful and proud of all the girls for hanging in there and giving all they had.

Great year for them and a wonderful experience for me with them and meeting all you great guys and all the other teams and players.

Thank you again and I wish you the best of everything.

    Sincerely,
    Ed
