I do not understand why organizations are so quick to sign an unsuccessful coach from another organization? Why would you sign a coach that the only two returning players are the daughters of the coach and assistant? Why these coaches do not accept that maybe they should not coach? If you are coaching a team so your daughter has a position on a team, you are doing her more harm than good. I would think that the directer of an organization would be asking a lot more questions, following up on the coaches resume. It seems that if they own a bownet that is the only requirement! Teams are being handed out like suckers at the bank.
What could any organization see that is so good that would make them want to take the risk?
... 12 more Player Fee checks. 12 more uniforms advertising the organization.
I think the real problem here is that there are just too many teams and organizations. This results in a shortage of quality coaches and as we all know, pitchers. The continued expansion of teams will only make this worse in the future.
