Welcome to the New Community, we still have lots of work, but the Forum is open and we will start installing other feature ever day for at least the next couple of weeks.

Hope everyone like the new site, its Mobil Friendly and User Friendly. Some of the cool feature that should be install in the next day will be Chat Room, Social Groups, Link Directory.

Check out the media Link at the top of the page if your looking for help on posting, adding signature or sending a private message. I hoping to post some videos myself to help members with using all the cool feature that are coming.

I'm not sure if I understand what you mean, it depends on what device your using how things look. On Mobil, Smartphone, tablets it will give you the best responsive layout based on your device. If you on a PC meaning a full blow computer, the layout is based on the browser your using most of the time, but since we went with a full blown responsive design the site will look similar in design but with less features based on what your using to visit the site.

Unfortunately today users are less likely to find a Web sites on a PC, over 65% of web site traffic are coming from Smartphone, Tablets or some other device (not a pc). PC traffic only count for about 35% of web site traffic. And with over 15 billion user only using smartphone type devices to surf the Web and PC sales continuing to drop ever year if your site isn't responsive you loose a lot of traffic or in are case possible members if you don't have a user friendly and responsive design.

By the way get question.

Hi, I do not post a lot but I do read a lot and I used the search tool a lot. I am not a fan of the new search tool. Is there something I can read that will help me? Or maybe I am just a little more tech challenged than others. Are we able to change the font?
Sorry to complain. Appreciate this board more than you know! Thank you for all of your hard work with this!

The reason you may not like the search features at this time, we haven't reindex/rebuild the search engine on the site yet. We're doing that later today, once that's done it will a lot easier to searches within the site.

Changing fonts, that's something you can do on your own. How you change the fonts depend on what type of device your currently using to visit the Web site and with so many Browers and device's I'm not sure how you would change that settings.

I will do some research and see if we can add a font sizes feature to are site.

Will still have a lot of work to complete. Are main goal was to get moved over to the new community software, once that was complete. We would start to add the many feature to the site. And that will take almost a month to complete. I can already look at the numbers and say it a win for the community, when we move over to the new software we had a total of 9, 459 members, now we have 9,542 that's 83 new members (in 15 days were average 5.53 new members a day). Just to give you example of what these numbers mean, during tryout season is when we always seen a boost in new members with that average being around 7.75 new members a day between July 25 thru September the 1st, once tryout season is over we see a big drop in new membership, the average daily new members is around 0.9 new members a day. I'm sure since the community is responsive design, user friendly and very easy to become a member is why the new members a day is up. Before due to the high amount of fake user trying to become members we had to run a 3 step process for all new members. They would sign up, then we would email them a questionnaire that they had to reply to, once they reply we would activate there account, then they had to click on a email link that we sent them to become a member. We lost a lot of new members because of the 3 step process. Now New members signup and they get one email they click the link and there done. Everything is on a secured server and the site and email now follow all the proper protocol for secure site. I'm very happy with the numbers were seeing.

How do we get rid of this type of multiple posting?? This isn't meant to pick on this particular poster, but here we have the exact same post posted 8 times in a row!! This type of pollution drags the site down.

Yes I agree it sure does clutter up the site. I guess this will be the 1st user that will have post moderated.

Right over here!
Over all experience is it is definitely different. At first was taking some time to get used to. I can say its more cumbersome but maybe its my ineptness. Time will tell but right now I think its about just using it more.
