Please list your number 1 pet peeve in Softball

I'm sure most of us have multiple ones, but what is the one thing that really gets under your skin being part of this wonderful game.

My personal number 1 pet peeve is parents/siblings in the dugout. Bring a chair, find a nice shady spot, get something from concession stand, and watch the game. Let the coaches handle the the rest.

Maybe after we compile them all we can vote to see what the number 1 pet peeve is.

Time limit stalling!
There are many more. If you have parent problems you are like everyone else. Nip it early.

Slides, sandals or jean shorts coaching on the field. We dont need to see your Hobbit feet.

And THIS! I said it in another post a few days ago. Stop wear stupid slides to coach 3rd base! Nobody wants to see ur nasty feet.

I really believe there’s a rule no open toe shoes for coaches. I will have to look into it. If this is not a rule it needs to be!

If for safety alone.... saw a coach get a broke foot with a line drive off the top of the big toe once. Back in the day, ( old guy voice) orgs had dress codes for their coaches.

Chairs or equipment holding the good parking spots can irk me.

3rd base coaches distracting my 3rd baseman with small talk.

Concession stand hot dogs made hours ago in aluminum foil.

Another teams coach interupting when youre talking to a college coach about their kid or to give a stack of profiles.

Coaches yelling wore out expired cliches to the batter.

I could go on.......

Parents and coaches from another organization purposely making noises right before the ball gets to the plate as a team is batting and when the pitcher gets ready to release her pitch. Also parents and coaches heckling and intimidating players during a game against a different organization entirely simply to distract the girls. Very immature and extremely petty...smh!

HAS to be 10-12 u....

unlike some others....lack of hustle is instant migraine. if you're gonna walk, just walk back to the bench.

and what goes with it...being late. not talking the accident closing the highway late or late that player calls with car trouble. I'm talking the player being consistently late by ~10-15mins. "Be at field 10 at 3pm to warm up". And she strolls up eating a sandwich at 3:10.:mad::mad::mad:
