Team Fees - What Are Yours And What Do You Get?

Just curious who is out there gouging or truly providing value for the money spent? Also do you get an accounting of your fees multiple times during the year?

Feel free to name teams/orgs if you think it's in the best interest of the families who come to this forum for insights.

Xplosive gouge up for 1000 dollars a few years back. Rarely a practice. One tourney and emerald necklace game. A 9u team with 7 year olds mostly, an 8, and a 9 year old. 4 years ago.
Other teams are Usually at or under a grand, many with some fundraising to go into that players fund.
I’ve never had an accounting, but with units,helmets, bags etc and winter practices, 8 to ten tourneys over the year, ball etc.I can calculate that it’s reasonable.
