This tournament will be an Eastern National Qualifier.

DATE: June 19 and 20, 2021 (June 18, 2021 only if necessary)

FORMAT: 4 Game Guarantee

AGE BRACKETS: 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u

ENTRY FEE: $400
MULTI-TEAM CLUB DISCOUNT: $400 for the 1st team; $375 for the 2nd team; $350 for each additional team
