Lasers Orange 08 was off this past weekend, but was runner up at Battle at Berliner two weeks ago with wins over:

Wizards 419
Vikings Elite
Central Ohio Ice
Lasers Gray

Our only loss was to a very good Thunder 007 team in the championship.

We are at the Early Bird in Lancaster next weekend.

 

[Finesse 07 - Sib]

Finesse 07 Hoverman was invited to a friendly with three of the top Michigan based teams this past weekend. Great competition to continue to push us towards our goals. We led our sister team Finesse 10U - Davis 3-0 the entire game until their last at bats where they plated 5 runs with two outs. Ouch. It was fun matching up with them. Unfortunately that led to a bit of a hangover with our much anticipated rematch with Coach Hool and his MC Madness team. Had fun competing again Ohio Lightening at Angels for Autism. In pool play we paid them back for knocking us out of Spano. In the semis we were all tied at 1-1 when they erupted. Great group of girls and coaches. We are off this weekend before heading to Breast Cancer Shootout. Great field continuing our plan to match up against the best 10U teams around. Good luck to everyone at Batbusters this weekend (unfortunately we could not make that one work). Looking forward to better weather for our Summer schedule.

We won the Championship at The Battle @ Berliner, going 5-0, Finished Runners-up at the Cap City Autism event, going 5-1, & in between beat a couple of top level teams from the region (Indiana Dreams & MC Madness - Hool) at the Dreams Invite..........
