    The Pavilion Sports & Events Complex is a 32,000 sq.ft. multi-sport facility located at 741 Fairgrounds Rd Mt. Vernon Ohio. The facility offers 2 Indoor fields, 2 warm up areas for pitching and hitting, indoor restrooms and concession area.

    Tournament Details:

    10U Open

    Entry fee: $300 (Payment due by October 10, 2018) 8 teams max

    November 10, 2018 (1 day only)

    Format: 3gg - 2 pool play games seeded into single elimination bracket. Bracket seeding determined by (1) wins, (2) head to head, (3) runs allowed, (4) runs scored (5) coin toss if needed. Tournament Director can modify format if needed.

    ASA Umpires: A
    ll games will have 1 umpire, the Championship game will have 2 umpires

    Tournament Rules: Modified ASA rules apply. Teams can bat Roster and free substitution for the entire tournament. All games that end in a tie, winner will be determined by reverting to the official score book, (1) most runners on 3, (2) runners on 2, (3) runners on 1, (4) coin flip.

    Pool & Bracket Play: Games will be 75 minute drop dead, revert back, or 6 innings. If a tie., see tie breaker above.
    Championship Game: The game will be played on a full field, 6 innings with no time limit, teams will play until there is a winner. Run Rules Apply. Tie breaker rules do not apply.

    Pool Play starts at 9 a.m. Teams must be ready to play at their designated start times. Teams, parents & family members must exit the playing area when your game is over. Doors open at 730 a.m.

    AWARDS :
    Individual awards for 1st and 2nd place teams in Championship.

    Check In: Teams must submit official roster, team insurance, Ace Certification W/ Background check, concussion certification, and signed facility liability/rules forms.

    Gate fee:
    $5 per person (5 & under free) 3 coaches and team players are free.

    Payment and registration can be mailed to The Pavilion Sports & Event Complex. 739 Upper Fredericktown Rd Mt. Vernon Ohio 43050. Make checks payable to The Pavilion Sports Complex. Team Cancellation after October 10,2018 will result in refund of team fees, minus $100 administrative fee.
