Central Ohio Lady Vipers 03

We were 8-1 in tournament play.

We went 5-0 in Heart of Ohio and 3-1 in Ohio Thunder Fall Classic. We lost to one of our rivals (Slammers 03) in the championship.

We did play in a top-notch paid friendly ($200) in the fall (with two umpires) and beat Lasers and Slammers. We did get waxed by the best team that I've ever seen in Tennessee Mojo. We also lost to Bandits.

We also played in some "free friendlies" and we have no problem stating that we lost to Storm in this format. They were the better team that day.

Good luck to everyone. We cannot wait to see some of you this summer. We miss you Wizards and Sundogs. It will be "on" soon!

We will be playing next in Akron (May) in an elite paid friendly with teams from six states. I'm sure everyone there will be trying to win, at least I hope so.

Looks like 2 old nemesis's of my DD's team from years gone by are strong again .. the Ol' Flamin' Fury and the Firestix . Also looks like several teams at the top are pretty equal . Have a great year all you 12u coaches and teams .

Cincy Slammers '03 were 12U tournament champions in 4 tournaments and runner up in 2 tournaments this fall/winter. We went 9-1 against Ohio teams in the Fall/Winter during tournament play and qualified for ASA/USA Nationals in VA. We split with Wizards Elite '03 at the 2015 Fall Classic. Wizards took the first game 3-0, Slammers took the second game 13-5.

Tournament Results:
2nd Place - Edinburgh USSSA 9th Annual Fall Flight (5-2-1) - Lost to the Beverly Bandits DeMarini in the final.
1st Place - 2015 Fall Classic ASA/USA (5-1) - Defeated Wizards Elite '03 in the final. Qualified for ASA/USA nationals in VA
1st Place - Thunder Fall Classic (4-0) - Defeated the C.O. Vipers '03 to win the tournament.
1st Place - Indy Sportszone (5-0) - Defeated Indy Dreams '03 in the final.
2nd Place - Indy Sportszone (3-1) - Lost to Indy Rebels in 3 OTB's in the final.
1st Place - Indy Sportszone (5-0) - Defeated Beverly Bandits DeMarini twice. 7-0 in pool play and 2-0 in the final.

Our next tournament will be the Diamond Classic in Atlanta, GA.

Wizards elite 03 has wrapped up our Fall/Winter schedule with two tournament champions and a runner up in our three tourneys played. We have battled with some great teams already and look forward to the upcoming season. Our record year to date is 18-3-1 going 13-0-1 with a 101 to 19 run differential in our last two tourneys.

I feel like "The Little Engine That Could" posting with all the talented 2003 teams listed here.

My Thunder Elite 04 team has been working very hard this Fall and Winter. We had an overall Fall record of 14-3 with a runner-up finish in the Stay in Softball Tournament. Since then we have been playing 12u and 14u friendlies and most recently completed the Spano Dome tournament where we finished up with a 4-1 record.
