The OHIO All Americans team is looking for a starting catcher for our 14u team based in Columbus, OH. The team is professional coached by Chris Carden who is an instructor at Mannino's Grand Slam training facility and a former high school coach and college baseball player.
Have 10 girls on the team including 4 quality pitchers and have played 16 games so far this fall. We plan to play a schedule of 7 to 9 tourneys this summer including at least one showcase event. We will be participating in national tournaments as well if we qualify. Our expectation is that the girls will play approximately 50 games this summer.
We are currently training on Sundays and are planning on playing in an indoor hitting/pitching league starting in January thru the school lockdown.
It's a good group of girls and families. We are looking for a highly competitive player who wants to improve and get a lot of reps. Must be team focused, possess leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively with coaches and teammates.
We are focused on development and reps for the girls and would be interested in speaking with you about the opportunity.
