2018 16U Sapphires are interested in locating a current or former collegiate level softball player to join the staff to help develop our girls for the next level. While a current/former pitcher is preferred, will consider all players depending on experience and knowledge of the game and ability to effectively translate/communicate their skills and instruction to 16U level. Depending on their availability they would work with girls in fall/winter and join the staff June-July in 2018. Understood that current player would have limited time due to college pre-season workouts in fall/winter, yet would still consider one for summer staff.
