Ironically it was the same band for me. I saw Faith No More some time around 1989 and then again in 1997.

I saw a lot of shows in between and I've almost went to a few others. Faith No More put out some new stuff awhile back and I gave it a thought. Who wants to be the old guy at the concert though?

First - Styx - The Grand Decathlon Tour in '76 I think
Last - Taylor Swift with My Daughter last summer

The last one of my choosing was Dwight Yoakam and Lyle Lovett

My favorite Concert was Shane MacGowan and John Doe in some little club in Pittsburgh called the Club Cafe -
I had never seen a human being consume as much liquor as McGowan and still stand upright and perform - He was literally drinking from the whisky bottle the whole show and finished it. Still put on one hell of a performance.

Lyle Lovett

Funny memory. I was just talking about this with a friend from the way back the other day.

I really like this song:

https://youtu.be/hpM8FjO4Vko

I don't usually do this but one night I bought the CD it's on just so I could hear a few minutes of it. One guy I hung out with was actually angry about it. Red faced.

"I can't f-ing believe this $hi7!!!" etc.

I kept telling him relax, brah, it's only a few minutes of you life.

I love Tenacious D! "Beelzeboss" was just playing this morning on my play list when my office manager walked in....awkward!

Awesome. We were able to catch them a bunch of times at this tiny club out there because I worked with a woman whose husband repaired their guitars. So he always knew about the shows long before they were published.
