2 Person Crew - Leave Early (Tag up) Responsibility??

Home plate owns fly ball call?
Does base ump own the runner leaving early on the tag?

Plate ump has fly ball catch/no catch unless base umpire goes out. Base umpire should not be going out in 2 man system with runners on base.

Tag up responsibility depends, single runner? Multiple runners? What base or bases are they on?

Thanks. Based on the home plate ownership of catch no catch, fair/foul, I'm assuming by default, the base ump owns the call for runner leaving early on tag upnis the base ump call?

Plate umpire always has tag up at third base.

Single runner on first or second: Base umpire has tag up.

Runners on first and second: Plate umpire has lead runner, base umpire has trailing runner.

Bases loaded or runners on first and third or runners on second and third: Plate has third base, base umpire has the trailing runner(s).

I think that covers them all!
