Brackets will be sent to the coaches about 7-10 days prior to the event--I am waiting to see if I will get 2 more teams before finalyzing the brackets. 14U teams will play at either 1030AM or 1200PM on Sat for their 1st game---there are no Friday games...Bob

Can you tell me if you have any openings in the 14U age group for the 7/9 tournament? We would be interested in entering if you do.

Thanks

Bob,

If you get a chance, could you post Saturdays 14u schedule?

We always love to come out and watch alot of great softball, eat too may walking tacos, and see old friends at your tournaments. For those of you who have never been to one of Bob's Beavercreek tournaments, you're really missing out.

I AGREE WITH INFERNO_COACH. THE BEAVERCREEK TOURNEY IS ONE OF THE BEST AROUND. YOU GET GREAT COMPETITION, FACILITIES, AND ALMOST ALWAYS RUNNING ON TIME. BOB DARDEN IS ALWAYS AROUND AND IS WILLING TO IMPROVE THE TOURNEY IN EVERY WAY HE CAN.

We've played in the Beavercreek tournaments for the past several years. ?Bob Darden runs a great tournament. ?In spite of occasional bad weather (welcome to Ohio), the fields are in top shape, the facilities are great and the field of competition is always very good. ?In addition, with the number of colleges and universities nearby, there always seems to be a good number of college coaches present to check out potential college ballplayers. ?I expect that we'll be back again this year! ?Save us a spot Bob!

Ultimate and Coach--thanks for the kind words--we try hard. We have improved our facilities with another covered bleacher area--to get out of the wet weather and sun.

Sat 14U play.

In Pool A it's Buckeye Heat (Clark), Buckeye Heat (Price), Miaimisburg Sting, Ohio Heat 1, Worth Ohio Wave 13U, Lady Rage, and Miami Valley Express 13U. These teams play at 1030AM, 130PM, and 500PM.

In Pool B, it's Ohio Heat 2, Miaimi Valley Express Blue, Buckeye Bandits, Ohio Ice (Poole), Ohio Danger, Buckeye Heat (May) and Dayton Yellow Jackets. These play at 1200PM, 330Pm and 630PM.

Sundial--I am just a little behind on the pool play--should have it Monday night--last couple weeks very hectic with daughter's kneecap operation and birth of new granddaughter and trip to Hagerstown , MD to see her.

The kneecap operation was to fix the left kneecap which was loose and always going out of position. After years of looking finally found an orthopedic surgeon who could fix the problem---tough part about is the need to break the tibia.

I will pass the pool [play infor along when it's done---one thing I know is that the earliest start time is 1030AM..Bob

Ultimate--I don't have scores but Pool A 14U winner was Ohio Rage and Pool B winner was Ohio Ice. I remember 2 of the ICE scores--they beat MV Xpress Blue 5-4 and Ohio Danger 6-1.

In 12U pool Play pool A was won by Buckeye Heat and pool b was won by Worth Ohio Wave on the least runs scored tiebreaker

Once again Bob ran a great tournament this past weekend for the 16U's. ?If you havent been to Beavercreek, you need to go. ?Great fields - WATERED DOWN BETWEEN GAMES - Great concessions - great umpires - plenty of warmup areas - couldnt have asked for anything else.

Lake Erie Waves

PS - Bob, what is the fence distance to CF on field 7??
