Ohio Wolfpack Organization Try-Outs:

We will be holding try-outs for the 2015-2016 season, on Saturday August 8th & Sunday August 9[SUP]th[/SUP], at 2801 Erie Street S. Massillon, OH 44646 at Genshaft Park.


Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the try-out so you can fill out paperwork and stretch before the try-outs begin. Please bring your own water and softball equipment.

The 18U Team will be coached by Jamie Wolff & Todd Arney and hopefully Phil Marcantonio, these coaches have NO kids on the team. This TEAM has 3, possibly 4, Student/Athletes returning for their final season. 1 plays Outfield and has verbaled to Hillsdale College, 1 plays 1st base, and 1 plays SS/Middle Infield and are all being actively recruited by College Coaches. The fourth player would be a Pitcher that is age eligible to return after her Freshman year of College (But She Can't play in the Fall or at Stingrays). So we are looking for 9,10, or 11 Student/Athletes that want to play at a high level and compete WIN everytime we step on the field...

What We'll be looking for at Try-Outs is:

12-14 Total Student/Athletes (TEAM PLAYERS), with the Desire to WIN and Play at the next level, all with GREAT "TEAM" ATTITUDES!

DEFENSIVE:
1. (1-2) PITCHERS
2. (2) Catchers that can also play 3rd or another position when not catching.
3. (1) Short Stops willing to play other positions as well. (Like 2nd, 3rd, OF)
4. (1) 2nd Basemen willing to play other positions as well. (Like SS, 3rd, 1st, OF)
5. (1-2) Outfielders (1 Right Fielder with strong arm that has good sppeed) (1 Center Fielder with Strong arm, that tracks the ball, and can cover ground)
6. (1) 1st Baseman (Field bunts, scoope balls, that can move and stretch)

OFFENSIVE:
1. (1) True Lefty Slapper and/or Power Slapper.
2. (1) True Left-handed batter
3. Power Hitters
4. Contact Hitters
5. (1) True Lead-off batter
6. (1) True DH type Hitter
7. Above avg. SPEED and agressive/SMART base runners.

There, that's not too much to ask for, now is it??? LOL...

The 16u Fogle team will return a core group of experienced players for their 3rd year of 16u. ALL positions are open, Primary needs are Pitcher, Shortstop and another Catcher. Also looking @ 3b/1b and Outfield. We are looking for hard working passionate players who want to play @ the next level. This team will play a competitive showcase schedule, we are already set to play in the Wolfpack Best of the Best college showcase as well as the Stingrays Showcase this fall in October. This team is coached by Shannon Fogle & Kimberlee Hetrick

Wolfpack 16U Frascone is looking for players that would like to play softball at the next level, and that show up ready to compete every time they step on the field whether at a practice or tournament. Would love to add some lefties to the line up and of course some strong pitching. If you have any questions or will be unable to attend the tryouts please give me a call 330-495-2749. FYI. 14u players. If you can not make your preferred teams time slot, feel free to attend any of our 14u time slots. At check in just let the admins know what 14u team you are interested in. All 14u coaches will be there through out the day.

16u Players wanting to tryout for BOTH 16u teams need only to attend one of the teams tryouts. Both 16u coaching staffs will be assisting one another during tryouts, therefore players wanting to be looked at by both teams can do so by not having to attend 2 separate tryouts in the same day if you choose. Please advise during registration if you are trying out for both teams at the same time and your tryout number will be marked accordingly.

Wolfpack 12u Roby is looking for a #1 catcher. If you're looking to play the best competition around, come out to our tryouts this weekend. We played a tough schedule including Lasers, Stingrays, Firework Frenzy and Memorial Day Madness in PA to name a few. As an all 03 team we played, competed and beat solid 03 and 02 teams. We've had a very successful past 3 season. Two great ones at 10u and we finished our first year in 12u at 46-30. We don't look to play an easy schedule to get wins, we look to play a competitive one to improve our game.

Valley Extreme Girls Fast pitch will be having Fall Friendlies for 2016 playing age

3 upired games will be played on Sundays for only $75: 9/13, 9/20, 9/7, 10/11, 10/18, and 10/25
