Payment (money order) was sent in September for the OFC Heat 18U and was cashed on September 17th; yet we are still listed as unpaid. Would you please clarify this situation and get back with me.

We sent our check over two weeks ago and our check has not been cashed. I was just saying that unless it has been received and cashed we would not need to check our bank. I was just wanting to know if you have received it after two weeks I thought you might have.

OFC Heat 02 & 04 checks were cashed on 10/9 and I have a copy of the checks from my bank. I can email you a copy, but it looks like they were endorsed on the back by Doug. Can you please check again to see if you guys recieved.

I did see your registration come in via the web link. I know we will be cleaning a lot of stuff up this weekend. It is close to being closed.

We are no longer taking team registrations. If you have 'registered' and not sent in your team payment your team will be placed on the wait list.

At this time we plan on holding games at Kettering Fields (16u/18u), Action Sports and Delco Park (14u), West Carrollton (12u) fields and Rowe Sports Complex (8u/10u).

We will be working thru team/age grouping with the fields we have now allocated. We added 2 additional locations to allow for more teams. We will be posting the teams that have paid and are entered shortly along with the cutover number of teams in each age group that we can handle. We will go by the rec'vd date of payment for entry, a couple teams drop out due to various reasons each year, teams that have not paid will be on the wait list in order that they registered online and notified as soon as an opening comes up.

Hey Doug,

Texted you today when I noticed that you did not have me down as [PAID] in the list. I have not been on here in awhile so I was unaware...figured it just had not been updated but looks like it has. I texted you a copy of check #1034 that was dated 11/1/14...you guys cashed it on 12/11/14 so I am not sure what the mix up is. Can you please confirm that this has been rectified.
