2017 cf9 insane question.

Looking at getting my daughter a new bat. Im looking at the CF9 insane. While reading about it it says "WILL" be approved not "IS" approved. So i guess my question is, is it legal for to use in ASA in the 2016 season? Sounds to me it isnt approved yet and dont want to get in a word war with the ump. Thanks

At USSSA the umps are "Bat Nazi's." It is so stupid. The games are timed and so much ime is wasted when the ump looks at the same bat multiple times during the game.
