Can't play Rotary , Funsister. Tournaments there already during the same time slot. USSSA events.

Maybe they could do like OFC Heat does with Heat N Up in Wilmington. They rent the park and do their own maintenance with "volunteers". Remember those fun days funsister? LOL. I learned how to use a rake. With the size of the Hawks org they could have more than enough "volunteers".

I have nightmares every time "rake" and "Wilmington" are mentioned in the same breath. I think I'm just now getting the blisters on my hands healed from raking on the first morning of the OFC Spring Blast out there in 2009. :lmao:

About the time we got some fields going for a few games, a micro-cell hovered over the park and dumped an inch of rain in an hour. That was all she wrote for Saturday.

We were the same way at Goshen when the Laser Gold did a tourny a few years ago....... Threw out every disk in my back that weekend I think. To this day I cringe at the sight of a rake.

Think I was there for that Merlion, I had some nice blisters after that weekend. DD's are still with OFC Blast so I can look forward to maybe manning the rake for the Heat-in Up, already praying for a dry three days.

I didn't have it so bad. Funsister has a farm nearby and they brought their Gator over. I sat in the Gator with her husband while we dragged our field between games. Just a little raking by the bases but I did get to raise a dust storm into the faces of fans on some teams I thought needed it. hehe

That was pretty funny! Motivates me to bring it again to let you go out on the fields and make dust just for fun

We sure did push a lot of water off the outfields of two fields that Saturday morning

Update:

Tee Shirt Decals are on order - will arrive tomorrow. ALM will print and get the shirts out in the mail throughout the week...

TPC Balls - Pete is going to give me a code to get a discount on the balls for the teams in the tourney - I will email ALL coaches the online order code as soon as he has it set up in the system.

the 14u champ/runner-up will get there TCB balls in the mail next week .. we are going to order and then ship to them..

We submitted all the teams emails to pete at tcb... Lasers gold had not got their runner up wiffles yet..I called pete on monday and he is shipping them. That its the only team I know that does not have their tcbs... If you are a coach then contact me otherwise you will be waiting a long time for a answer being anon..
