I am pleased to announce that the 3RD Annual Miracle Field Classic will be held April 21-22 in the Cranberry Township PA area.
Over the past 2 years we have raised over $5,000 to help support the renovation and upkeep of the Pittsburgh Pirates Charity Miracle Field in Cranberry. This field allows disabled and handicapped boys and girls play the game of baseball/softball that we all love. The smiles on the faces of these children as they play is something you never forget. http://mlswpa.org/about/pirates-charities/
Last year we had 26 teams in 12U and 14U including some teams from Ohio. Cranberry Township is conveniently located near both the PA turnpike and I-79 and is only 26 miles from the Ohio border.
We will again have 12U and 14U divisions. It will be 3 pool games into a single elimination bracket. The games will be 75 minutes finish the inning. The semi-finals and finals will be 7 inning games with 2 umpires. We will again be using Tournament Machine for score posting and updates throughout the tournament. The cost is $375.
If you want to register or you have any questions you can call or text Paul Lagnese at 412-215-2511. My email is paull@bergerlagnese.com.
I hope you will put this tournament on your team's spring calendar and support this great cause.
