AGE BRACKETS: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U
12 TEAMS MAX PER AGE GROUP
2 UMPIRES PER GAME
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS TO 1st & 2nd PLACE

4 game guarantee
All pool games are 1 hour 15 minutes or 7 innings
Championship games are 7 innings
No parking or admission fees

Tournament Cost is $400.00
No refunds after May 25, 2014 unless a replacement team can be found
Applications will be accepted in the order they are received

Tournament Format:
3 pool games (Friday & Saturday) with single elimination to follow.
Some teams will be scheduled Friday.

Location: Fryer Park is located at 3899 Orders Rd. Grove City, Ohio 43123

Rain policy: Should the fields be unplayable or become unplayable, we will make every attempt to complete the tournament by modifying the format. Options include shortening game times, eliminating pool play games or moving all games to the following day. Cancellation of the tournament is the last resort. In the event that the tournament is cancelled, teams will be refunded on a pro-rated basis (based on a 4 game guarantee) less any unrecoverable expenses incurred (trophies, t-shirts, advertising, etc) or offer reduced fees for next year?s tournament.

For those of you who attended last year, the format will be the same. We set up bracket play so that you do not play any team that you have played during the weekend in the first round. Bathrooms are cleaned every day!! We are efforting temporary fences for all 8 fields which will allow for real, over the fence home runs plus will allow for more warm up space. We try to make this the best run & watched tournament on this particular weekend.
