Too hard to combine them and actually the teams are paying good money to be able to play their age group respectfully and against only three other teams for the chance at uniforms. That's the whole principle actually. The good odds.

Ohio Hawks 11u didn't want to play up into 12u.. and I can't blame them.

That other 11u event will fill and I think the 12u will as well.. just from the emails I am getting here as of lately.

I think we will either have 3 or maybe all four in the 10u "B" when it is said and done.

12u division actually shocks me at the low numbers.

Yep, I'm in Lebanon Saturday for 4 games. I enjoyed that last Saturday actually. Been awhile since I umpired...LOL

11u Information:

Got a call from a local Cincinnati 11u team ( and I did hold a spot for them) .. so with them and the Ohio Dragons we would be three LOOKING for one (1) more if Dragons got in too !!!!

But, then again..your tournament can go off with three.. just be a different format. It would be round robin and single elimination with the winner of the Round Robin getting the bye on a three team tournament. Starts earlier too !!!!

That other 11u division is just that... another division. It's closed and done. They play each other.

But, I think we will get another 11u though. I'd almost bet by Saturday evening when I get home from umpiring in Lebanon... and with my luck...4 of them has called and we have another ( 3rd ) division of 11u and it being "B" and me having to find more diamonds ( which by the way I can do). Be nice to know early though.

Lexington and Louisville teams got their emails yesterday afternoon... and I heard from a few already . Checking with parents, of course. Was sent to only 10u, 11u and 12u teams.

Hawks '99 isn't entering because of good odds, and we wouldn't mind playing up in the 12's. Ohio Ice were one of our rivals last year Going 1-1-1 and facing eachother in two championship games (Stingrays and Chix Cup).

Since we both signed up within hours of eachother, would they mind being bumped into our bracket??? That would make this an awesome Tournament!!!!!!!!!!

That leaves the other division (11u) with three and not playing for uniforms and I'm not going to do that as they have their set times of 10am, 12 Noon and 2:30.

IF.. and that's a big "IF".. another 11u comes along and they want to play with YOU and the 12u team... that will be fine with me. I can even move the division to Sunday at Goshen as well to maybe attract another few 12u teams. There are options as I had some ask me about doing just that.

The Uniform Blowout is a four team event and advertised that way. I have my four teams .

So, I am sorry.. the four 11u teams are set... If you want to jump up to the 12u that is fine with me. I was hoping to get some last minute teams from Kentucky at 12u and hopefully make another 11u division as well. I do know a couple contacted me and said they was talking to their parents at practice this weekend.

If Dragons want in.. they can play up at 12u as well.

As for the 12u coach.. he asked me two days ago if we had any hope of other 12u teams and all I can say to him is I had calls and emails.

I will do this so you don't get shut out again... I'll leave the 11u and 12u open and if I start to get other 12u teams in VERSUS other 11u teams... I'll save you a spot in the 12u.

The Kentucky mailed teams know it is closing on Thursday, October 7th at 9 pm for a deadline. I want to give them a chance in what was advertised to them as well. I'll keep this updated and coaches.

Let me know Dragons if you want in the 11u event for now... with a saved spot for the 12u if we gather another 12u or 11u team. Love to have your team down here to play.

I need one (1) 16u team for a Saturday scrimmage against the Indiana Shockwave 16u team.

The Shockwave is coming in for the Sunday portion of the event and I scheduled a scrimmage for them on Saturday at 1 pm and the team I had for them had to back out due to Homecoming problems.
