3GG Single elimination
Age/Class: 8U Open (Max 8 teams)
Entry Fee: $225
Date: February 23, 2020
Where: The Pavilion Sports & Events Complex 741 Fairgrounds Rd Mt. Vernon Ohio 43050
Preferred format: 3gg, 2 pool seeded into single elimination bracket.TD has the option of modifying the format if needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Details:
9 on 9, Modified ASA coach pitch rules, modified indoor hitting rules, ASA Umpires, run rule 15 after 3, 12 after 4, 8 after 5.Bat entire lineup, free substitutions entire tournament.
Pool Games: 6 innings or 75 minutes finish the inning. No new inning after 75 minutes. ASA run rules apply. Games can and will end in a tie. Coin flip determines home team.
Bracket Games: 6 innings or 75 minutes finish the inning, no new inning after 75 minutes. ASA run rules apply. International tie-breaker applies. higher seed is home team.
Championship Game: 6 innings, run rules apply, If tied after 6 innings international tie-breaker applies. Higher seed is home team.
Awards: Individual awards for 1st and 2nd place teams in Championship
Gate fee: There will be a $75 gate fee per team that will need to be added to the entry fee, or coaches can pay the gate fee at check in. This gate fee will allow access for all family and friends who want to attend the event.
Check in: Coach must submit official roster, ACE certification w/background, concussion certification and have birth certificates for players in hand.

Deadline for Registration and payment is due by February 9, 2020. Any team on the list that is not registered and paid by the deadline date will be removed. I will then revert to the waiting list .
