One of my pitchers is looking for guest time with an 18U team this fall to gain some exposure. She already has colleges narrowed down - just needs some games to play for them to see her in game action. Can also play 1b and hit. We are not playing this fall.
She is a #1 pitcher with excellent control, game knowledge and mental toughness. She went 6-5 this summer, pitching in 19 total games for 68.33 total innings. ERA 2.97; 76 strikeouts; 2.45 K to BB; .248 batting average against. She shared time with 2 other #1 pitchers and had it not been for that, she would have pitched more. Our team competed at Sheer Madness USA Qualifier (2nd place), Compuware Classic, Orrville (2nd place), Fireworks Frenzy USA Qualifier, Loudonville ASA Qualifier (3rd place) and 18U USA Nationals. Her best feature as a pitcher is getting out of jams with runners in scoring position. She was eligible for 16U last summer but played up, so she is not new to tough competition at this level.
2014 HS season: She was the area's Co-Pitcher of the Year, had an ERA under 1 and set another school strikeout record (breaking her own previous two). She was also one of their best hitters. She is a senior this year and is committed to our team for next summer, so this is NOT in search of a 2015 travel team.
