Looking to buy a new bat. Between the Rocket tech, Synergy CNT or Catalyst. Give me your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Rocket Tech is end loaded and not for everyone, but when you connect it will launch the ball. If you're going to use it in the spring though, you'll need to have an alternate bat for the colder days. As has been stated on here numerous times before though, without the proper mechanics it doesn't matter what you're swinging.
