Bo Jackson's Elite Sports - Stay Sharp Hitting Camp
Description:
This program is designed to help hitters maintain their swing throughout the vigorous summer schedule. With so much focus on playing games in the summer, players can fall into bad habits and lose track of their mechanics. The "Stay Sharp" program combats this with dynamic movement training, drill work, and live Batting Practice on the field. Within small groups, our instructors will help each individual hitter maintain their rhythm and set them up for strong weekend performances each week.
Program Highlights:
This program will feature Cammi Prantl as the lead instructor
-Cammi played for The Ohio State University Softball Team
-NFCA Division I All-American (2016)
-Four time All-Big Ten Selection
-7 years of experience in private and group instruction
Dates: Wednesday June 7th-July 26th (8 Sessions)Description:

9am-11:00am (10 year olds-14 year olds)
11:30am-1:30pm (HS players)
