DeMarini Pittsburgh Batbusters 05 have experienced unprecedented success this season with a .750 win % including 1st and 2nd place finishes in our most recent tournaments. In order to continue our growth trajectory through this season and into the 2020/2021/2022 seasons, we have identified the need to add another top level pitcher to our roster provided we can find the proper candidate.
Candidate would benefit from a stout defense, where we averaged 1 run allowed last weekend. Candidate would also be supported by a powerful offense that is averaging 10 hits, including multiple extra base hits, per game.
Candidate should be a 2005 birth year with high aspirations and commensurate work ethic. our pitching philosophy values spot location and command over velocity and number of pitches. Velocity with command of course is preferred.
The Success of our team is built on a foundation of work ethic and attention to detail. Our goal is to physically and mentally challenge and prepare every girl on our roster for the next step in their softball careers and in life as well.
