I am so pumped for this tournament. You guys are such a class act~ Can you give us some good ideas of places to stay down there... I am not even real sure where to go! Also my team is taking college visits while we are at tournaments this summer. Are there any colleges within a 30 mile radius around there? I would like to take the girls to Mount St. Joes while we are there however I think it would be more like a road trip.

(www.visitclermontohio.com has the list of motels in the county. Eastgate is two exits down from the park exit (St. Rt. 28 - Milford/Blanchester exit) and about 22 minutes away. Wilmington College 35 minutes away, University of Cincinnati (doesn't have women's softball) 30 minutes, Mt. Saint Joseph (30 minutes), Northern Kentucky University (30 minutes)...

There is a couple hotels right at the Goshen exit, one is a Holiday Inn express I believe and there are hotels at the first exit going in either direction on I-275, Wards Corner to the north and South Milford (rt 50) to the south. The South Milford exit has a hotel and right next to it is Quaker Steak & Lube, great place to eat. I would think Quaker man would know about Quaker Steak.

I would highly suggest going to see Miami U in Oxford. Especially if coming from N or NE as it would only be a 20 minute re-direction on your way into town.

Musty, funny thing is I haven't been to Quaker Steak and Lube... and I got a box full of $7.00 off coupons for appetizers that the Convention and Visitors Bureau gave me last year to pass out to teams and parents. I passed out huge amounts of them.. no expiration dates on them either.
