Valley Extreme is pleased to offer our double-elimination tournament again for 2016.
Dates: April 28th through April 30th, 2017
Cost: $395 ...
Where: Candlelight Knolls fields in Warren Ohio (may be some games at Champion Athletic Club)
Amenities: Lighted fields, four (4) fields with tarps, centrally located concession stand, ample parking, close to freeways and dining.
Some games may be played at CAC fields in Champion OH.

Registration:
We will try to schedule all the games on Saturday and Sunday. However, if interest is strong enough to warrant greater participation, we may schedule Friday night games.

Tournament Info
- 10u, 12u, and 14u
- Double Elimination Bracket Play
- Four (4) GG, weather permitting
- ASA sanctioned tournament governed by 2017 ASA Official Rules of Softball
- Two (2) PP games seeded into double elimination brackets
- PP and bracket games will have 75 minute / finish the inning, limit
- Bracket placement based on PP performance
- PP can use two EPs and free defensive substitutions
- PP games can end in a tie
- Double elimination begins on Saturday or Sunday
- No time limit on championship games (7 innings)
- Team check-in one hour prior to first scheduled game
- All teams must have ASA number and signed roster form
- Must be able to show proof of accidental liability insurance
- Manager to have copy of birth certificates in case of challenge
- All 1st place finishers will receive berth to their respective ASA Eastern National tournaments
- Refund Policy. Started games will be considered played. Refunds are per: 0 played=$275, 1 played=$150, 2 played=$75, 3 or more=$0 (based on full fee)
- Individual awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers
- Team awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers

- All teams must register online and then mail the check as instructed

- Registration NOT complete until check received. Without payment, spot NOT guaranteed.
