I don't know, but the egos of those umpires is unbelievable...throwing out a player for rolling up the top of her shorts (gee...I think I've seen virtually every player I know do that and nothing in the rules says you can't) and 2 pitchers from the Philipines team for "unsportsmanlike behavior" (not sliding, etc....a warning is all you'd normally see). You don't see that sort of nonsense at the LLWS baseball games. Ridiculous.
