The team list for the June 7-8 event has been updated. I have opened the 14U division up to allow 8 teams. So, there are 2 spots available and 2 available in the 10U division. Anyone with interest should contact me ASAP.

Do you mean two spots for the 12U [not 10U] are available for 6/7? Is the Xpress entry a sure thing in 12U (I only ask because they don't appear on the web site). Thanks.

All 12U teams entered are paid entries. All 4 in the 12u group are confirmed and paid entries (or atleast a deposit held).

Still taking 12U teams and working to fill it up!

Have you filled the July 4th tourney yet? If so, when will the schedules be out? I am sure games will start on Friday and I have players that are going to be traveling a good distance and the sooner they know the better.

July 4th event has been cancelled. Some teams have dropped on me at the last minute and I do not have enough to run in each age group.

With the July Fourth Fireworks Explosion Tournament in Fairborn being canceled I wish to extend an invitation to all 14u to come to West Liberty (West Liberty Force) and play in a small, quick put together tournament. Goodluck on your refund ntrlz, I know a few teams he still owes money to from his April tourney I believe. I thought Matt was going to do well in Fairborn but the way he is handling things is going to run him out of business pretty quick I think. Just my two cents worth on his tournaments and refunds

Sure makes you enjoy tournaments that go well. Even those that have weather or team related issues that have refund guidelines in place so in the event things are canceled teams know how much and when they are getting their money back!!!
Its not real fair to teams who work so hard to get their money and pay for tournaments in advance to have a tournament canceled a week early and then have to wait weeks on their money. Teams more than likely lost the weekend for playing ball because all the other tournament are full or the schedule has already been sent out with only having a 4 days to try and find another tournament to get into!!
I for 1 hope to hear something soon because I'm out Close to $800.00 ( got to play 2 games for that!!) doesn't seem worth it.

I have been out of town for a few weeks.

Anyone who is owed a refund needs to e-mail me an address to send it back to.
I have only received 2 addresses from teams who are due refunds and those will be sent out mid next week (I have a big event that I am running this weekend).

I am not sure what carrier you folks use, but I am not aware of one that delivers to the person(s) without an address.

To those that have sent me an address, my apologies for the delay. I have been out of town for the past 2 weeks and just getting back and settling in.
