The Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley is instrumental in ensuring that many seniors and families who struggle to put enough nutritious food on the table receive the food they need to live healthy and productive lives. The Food Bank serves as a storehouse for large quantities of donated food and USDA commodities that are distributed daily to 160 hunger-relief organizations and programs located throughout our tri-county service area. Please join our Community in supporting the hunger-relief organizations in Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

**Teams please encourage friends and family to donate food**

• 36 teams total | Open Roster Tournament | 10u 12U 14U 16U 18U
• Six teams per age group; must have minimum of 4 teams per age group. If not, that age group will be cancelled and Entry Fees refunded.
• $400 team entry fee | 4 game minimum | $50 Team entry fee discount with equivalent food donations
• Team Food Donations: Please contact either Dave Matz or James Yoder if you are bringing food donations
• All food donations will be taken at the Team Registration area • $3 per person parking fee; maximum fee $9 per car
