Fastpitch & Fireworks - July 1,2 & 3

The Pickerington Thunder's Fastpitch & Fireworks tourney will be held July 1, 2 & 3. Pickerington is located just a few miles east of Columbus. The tournament will be a 4 game guarantee. Eight teams per division, pool play and single elimination for 10U, 12U & 14U. This will be a non sanctioned event to hold costs down. Games will be played at the Pickerington Central HS fields. During the tourney Pickerington has their street fair ongoing with the usual fair food, entertainment and fireworks. Cost is $200 if paid before 3/1 and $225 thereafter. Who's playing in this tournament for the 14U division?

We are taking a max of sixteen teams per age bracket. At this point we have 8 14-U teams that are verbally committed or paid. They are Stoutsville Shooting Stars, two Gahanna teams, two Westerville Ice teams, a Newark, Oh team and our two Pickerington teams. We are also considering the pros and cons of making this tourney a USFA Qualifier but have not made that decision.
