Good Customer Service from Demarini

Just received a bat back from Demarini. They were prompt in fixing the problem and promptly replied to my e-mail inquiries. Nice to see such good customer service.

agree with this.....also found out last month that Ringor has fantastic customer care, as well.

i think they r the worst of all. They take forever and if they found out u got a bat of someone else and it still under the year they won't fixed it. ! Worst ever !!!!

Unfortunately, All bat manufacturers are the same. They all state Original Purchaser in their warranty.
