My daughter has decided to be a catcher this year on her high school team and we have looked all over for a left handed catchers glove, if someone has one in good condition we would be interested in buying it. Thanks in advance

If you have trouble finding one before the season, SOME 1st base mitts are fairly serviceable as a catchers mitt. They will usually not have quite the padding and hand protection of catchers mitt, but a large enough pocket that by catching the ball in the pocket ease some of the pounding a catchers hand takes. Left handed mitts can be ordered. My DD uses a Nokona, same price as that for a rightie.

Go to softball.com they have a left handed glove in the Big Daddy and it works well for dads and big handed girls. I use one to catch for my daughter and another father has one also to cather for his two girls one of which is a senior.
