Games will be played at GRACIE PARK, ROOTSTOWN. OH. Gracie Park is one of the nicest small parks in N.E. Ohio.

USSSA Rules
75 Minutes, finish the inning. 12U & 14U Championship Games will be untimed, 10U will be maximum of 100 minutes, finish the inning.
Teams must be ready to play 20 minutes ahead of schedule.
Refunds as per rules of the event in the event of rain-outs.
Sportsmanship is expected and crude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Restrooms, Concessions are available.

This is only the second year for this event and we maxed out all fields. We will be expanding this event even more for 2019 and plan to make this the premier event of the early season.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who participated in this event. The level of sportsmanship was very high and a lot of great plays and games were made. I would like to thank the Rootstown Baseball/Softball group, they went of the their way to help keep the fields in top shape and kept fields in top shape.
I would also like to thank the Streetsboro Rec Department who helped us secure three fields on Saturday to handle the large number of teams that wanted to play.

Poland Pride, thanks for the correction and my apologies for mistake!

Captain Thunder; Your more than welcome to use this system at your tournaments. I have never had an issue with "needing scores" within an hour, that were not at the park. In fact, no one had even ask us to post these results so the critical need does not seem to be there for the vast majority. I identify myself by name in all posts and you should be willing to as well.

Russ, Easy there big fella! Bob and Emma and also Warren came in after all of our winter meetings and training took place. Our online system is very difficult to them and frankly very daunting. Me and Emma spent a good couple of hours on the phone prior to her event and it was easier for her to use Tourney Machine when all is said and done. I ended up putting her pool games online just to be a good team mate.

In your situation, Dave has experience on our system due to the USSSA Adult slowpitch events that have hosted over the years at his complex. Same system is also in use for baseball and I spent a couple of hours on the phone walking the new south state BB director thru items also because I believe in the brand and want to help my fellow team out.

Myself, believe it or not my old bosses with the NSA had this system initially so I still remembered things from it when I was reunited with it. When the creator told them it was for sale, the NSA said the internet and online brackets were a fad and balked at paying the price for the service. Speaks volumes about that groups lack of focus and direction even back then as this was around 2002-2003 or so now doesn't it?

We will get there, just a few growing pains along the way is all. I feel we got 3 really good directors to our USSSA program and one gem for our USA Elite program so it will work out. We got the right people in place and we will get it done right. Even if I have to drive up and have Bob buy me a steak dinner while we go over the system.....
