Memorial Classic Tournament -Benefit for Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball Team.

MEMORIAL DAY CLASSIC
May 26-27th, 2018.
10U, 12U, 14U and 16U
4 GAME MINIMUM, weather permitting
$350 Entry Fee, $360 if using on line payment.
$325 per team, $335 if using on line payment for multiple teams from same organization.
This tournament is being started as a fund raising event for the Wounded Warriors Veterans Softball Team.
Victory Sports Park does charge an entry fee. 3 Passes per day for coaches are provided.
Games will be played at Victory Sports Park and nearby fields in N. Ridgeville and/or Elyria.

75 Minutes, finish the inning. Championship Games will be untimed, 10U will be maximum of 100 minutes, finish the inning.
Teams must be ready to play 20 minutes ahead of schedule.

Sportsmanship is expected and crude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Restrooms, Concessions are available.
MAXIMUM 60 Teams - 3 Pool Games and Single Elimination (weather permitting)

Awesome, that's a good start!

We will also have a WWAST Lady Warrior team in each age group, lol. I'll be coaching the 16u and will need volunteer coaches and players for the other age groups as well.

We have never attempted anything this big for the WWAST efforts, so this will be a challenge, but alot of fun also.

What a great tournament! The first annual WWAST Memorial Day Classic. Over 40 teams in 10-16u getting together to raise money and awareness for The Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team to help them continue to inspire and give back to a country that they have already gave so much for. Humbled and proud do our small part to support them!

I just wanted to thank everyone who participated. We ended up being able to donate more than $3,600 to the Wounded Warrior Amputee softball program and I believe we are the first tournament to donate proceeds from the event. We would like to have done more, but we wanted to keep cost down to teams that entered.
