This is a amazing opportunity to grow in an established bullpen with a D2 college pitching instructor, coaches, and support staff.
Specific positions desired:
1 Strong pitcher to to add to our current bullpen and compete for the #1 spot.
We currently have two strong pitchers working hard, pushing each other to develop and perform at the next level with our pitching staff this spring at our training facility.
Plenty of mound time available in our aggressive tournament schedule.
Our focus at Mid American FastPitch is on proper player development and mechanics, creating positive experiences that prepare our players for high school and college ball if that is the path they should choose.
Home facilities are located at Andrews Osborne Athletic (AOA) Center in Willoughby, OH.
Includes 2 outdoor fields, huge brand new indoor turf area, 4 batting cages, 3 lane bullpen, and ample workout space!
Program highlights include:
One of the nicest and biggest indoor facilities in NE Ohio
2-3 days per week winter training (Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays)
Winter Indoor scrimmage games
Local and regional summer travel for tournaments
Opportunities to work with all Mid American FastPitch coaching staff, former MLB pitcher TJ Donovan, current Division 2 Lake Erie College head softball coach Stephanie Smith, and Lake Erie College assistant coach Rebecca Dyer.
