Last week, Oct. 4-10, the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) hosted its first-ever Virtual 5K in partnership with the NCAC Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). The socially distant "6 Feet Apart, 5K Together" race was held in conjunction with Mental Illness Awareness Week.
