Though I would follow up after a year of use just in case someone else was in the same situation this year as I was last year. I chose the Wilson A2000 and couldn't be happier with the decision. She has been working with this glove for about a year now and i would say that she has caught no less than 150 lessons(each lesson is equivalent to about 1.5 games) and about 60 games and it is starting to break in nicely but still rock solid. There were several other very good catchers that we know that purchased the same glove not long after we did and from my understanding they are please with it as well.

I catch my daughter that throws high 40s low 50s with a glove I got from Wal-mart. It was around $25 and came with a ball wrapped up in a mesh bag. It's sweet.

That's good for you. The original reason for the thread was to find a good Catchers mitt that would help protect my daughters very young hand from the punishment that could happen while catching pitchers she was training with. If you ever want to upgrade that mitt you have you can look back through this thread and i'm sure you can pick out one that has been mentioned already. ;)

I used a glove similar to this catching 90mph baseballs.

I was being very sarcastic, didn't mean to upset or offend anyone. I actually use a mizuno baseball catchers mitt I got at a garage sale that after 5 years is needing replaced. My DD team gets a nice discount on Eastons so I will be putting it on my Santa's list.

Sorry about that but it is hard to read between the lines from some of the users on here sometimes. If you read through this entire thread you see what I am talking about.
