Pitching and Pitchers Discussion New pitching rule

Anyone know anything about who allows the new step back rule for pitchers. I've heard its good for high school, and ASA, but maybe not good for USSSA? any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Step back is HS, USA and USSSA. Start back is PGF and NCAA.

For those that accept step back you can also just start back.
