Non parent assistant coach position

Cincy Landsharks 14u is currently looking for a non parent assistant coach. Preferably a female who has previously played fastpitch softball in college. Looking for a passionate, energetic, positive yet stern coach to join our 2 female previous player staff. We have a great group of girls and as coaches we aim to give these young ladies strong positive female role models to help them grow their talent, confidence on and off the field as well their sense of team work and passion for the game. We pride ourselves with high standards in sportsmanship.
