Ohio Lightning '07 12U is looking for a couple more solid players to complete our roster! Come play for a team prepared to compete at a high level! If you are looking for a team with a great group of players, parents, and coaches, then this is the team for you! We are open to any 06/07 player and would consider the righ '08 player too!

About Us
We will practice out of Brimfield/Kent Ohio at your indoor and outdoor facilities. We will be playing in 10-12 tournaments, a couple of them overnight. Two Fall tournies, two winter (indoor) tournaments, and then outdoor tournaments starting in April. We are also planning on playing in the Spano Dome (Akron, OH) indoor league in Feb-Apr. Our season will extend into July to play in the top travel tournaments! Costs will be low out of pocket to parents through some of the easiest fundraisers around (~$800-$1000). Fall uniform, bat bag, helmet, and 2 sets of uniforms included!
The coaching staff has built up strong relationships with area college coaches, partnering with Kent State assistant softball coaches for private lessons at our facility in Brimfield (minutes from Kent State University in Kent, OH) as well as Hitting lessons from Kelsey Stopp, Head Coach of Notre Dame College and First Team All-American and the Atlantic Region Player of the Year her senior year at NDC.
