The Ohio Sapphires are back! We’re returning to tournament ball once again after a brief break and are in the process of building back to our competitive excellence standard that we've had in past teams that allowed us to compete in the larger showcase tournaments. We do not have any parent coaches, so there's no daddy ball here, so you earn what you get through hard work! We do have an outstanding group of talented young ladies who have the desire to be great! We are just lacking 1-more solid player who can either play either 3b, SS, or has a big bat to close out our roster. Come join us for one of our weekly practices and see what we have to offer.

The team will be coached by David Donaldson, who is coming out of retirement to coach again with previous coaching experience with Ohio Ice and Ohio Sapphires for over 12-years combined. Assistant Coaches, Harry Marko from the Lasers, Heather Donaldson former player now pitching coach, and Charlie Springer extensive knowledge of the game OF coach. Our past Ohio Sapphire teams have played and represented themselves very well in high level tournaments and showcases such: Laser Nation, Gapps, D1 fast pitch events, Sheer Madness, Buckeye Recruit fest, and others. We intend to play in similar type tournaments to allow for maximum player development, growth, and college exposure. We already played 3-fall tournaments including a showcase and recently attended the Youngstown State University Team Camp. We will play 7-8 summer tournaments including several showcases and are currently training weekly at our indoor facility during winter.
