Ohio Stampede 10u is based out of Massillon, Ohio. We are a brand new team in the Stampede organization looking for '09 girls to form a team. All positions are open and we have flexibility for '08 players or '10.
The 3 coaches of this team have been together for 3 years now going back to 8u. We are dedicated to teaching our girls the right way to play the game while still being competitive and having fun. We placed 2nd in our last rec year end tournament before we decided to make the move to travel.
Our first year we are looking to enter 1-3 Fall tournaments, hold a weekly workout throughout the winter, and 6-8 spring tournaments. We may also play a winter league instead of a workout. We currently have $2k in donations for the team and will fund raise to keep the cost as reasonable as possible. We are looking for girls that are dedicated, teachable, and willing to learn.
We will be holding tryouts for the team:
Time: August 4th, 2018 from 9am to 10:30am
August 5th, 2018 from 1:30pm to 3pm
Location: 4052 Alabama Ave. NW.
