Join us on Presidents’ Day for some very good defensive instruction and get your kids prepared for the start of High School season. We will have 3 hour sessions first one starting at 10 am cost is $20 for the hour. Bring plenty of water theses workouts are very fast and cover a lot of things in a short amount of time if interested please contact Shep or if you want more info. These fill fast only taking 10 per group !!!
