Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to tryout time for registration and warm up. To avoid line at registration, a printable online registration form is available and is located in the handout section. There will be a one time registration fee of $10. Fee will be applied to tuition if player is accepted on a team. Please bring a copy of your athletes birth certificate. All tryouts will be on Field 1750 S. Darby Rd.Hermitage, PA 16148
