IVL in Wadsworth is hosting Saturday night open workouts from 6 to 8 p.m. through March 25th.
Athletes ages 14 and below can come to get offensive and defensive instruction for $20.
IVL is located at 257 Main Street in Wadsworth on the second floor.
Karen Linder will be at most workouts but not all. To find out if she will be there on a specific date email her at klinder@aspirehighersports.com.
There will be a substitute former college athlete when she is not there.
