I guess now that it is after the first of the year we can say that your reply to my thread was the stupidist one of the year.

I believe you said that you see FL beating MI I guess you don't see very well do you? How you seeing now- Are you seeing Maze and Blue?

you can love the SEC all you want and say that the rest of the nation doesn't want to come to the cold to play bowl games . But I would love to see FL / LSU/ FST or any other SEC team come to Columbus or Ann Arbor in late Dec and play.

By the way I'm not a OSU fan but a big ten fan and can't wait till OSU stomps LSU so you and the other SEC lovers will shut up.

The blows to the head must have had some affect on guys. If you rely on the weather to compete with any other team you are really just WEAK . any at the bottom of the barrell for excuses for going 0 for your life against the big boys. man up and take your medicine , you are not as good as you thought you were. MD- Look we are not saying that we need cold weather to win. I'ts obvious that we can win anywhere but to think that it is fair to allways get to play in your own back yard with the majority of the fan base you have to be smoking crack!

The players , the fans have to get on a plane stay in a hotel, travel thousands of miles away from home , away from their own environment while the SEC and PAC 10 get to stay at home sleep in their own beds , get in their car and drive 10 miles to the stadium. This is fair???

LSU had a home game in the bowl USC had a home game in the bowl. I know it is not the teams fault , they don't make the rules. BUT this needs to change, if nothing else these teams should not be able to play in a bowl game in their own back yard. If anyone doesn't think that it is an advantage then they have never played a sport in their life.

Us fans up north don't seem to have a problem putting on a winter coat and hat and packing the stands in Dec and Jan in sub zero temps. I guarantee you that Lambo will be packed this weekend, It will be cold as heck in NE this weekend but it will be a sell out. It's time that those panywaist southern friends of ours man up and come up north to see what real football is all about.

They don't even travel in the reg season . Things just need to be on a level playing field. What is so wrong with every other year? One year the championship game is in a nice warm sunny place for you guys and then the next year it is in a more northern location where teams from the north can say just get in their car and drive down to the local stadium and play.

And believe me this is not just for the big ten, we are not the only conferecne up north! Lets play the title game in cold lincoln NE some year or Wyoming I don't care just make it fair.

Once again I am not an OSU fan far from it I bleed Blue. But you play that title game in Columbus and you are ignorant if you don't think there is a different outcome. Home field advantage- There really is such a thing as a twelfth man!

Was Arizona last year a home game for Florida? Don't think so.

There will never be a bowl game up north unless it is in a Dome for the same reason the NFL doesn't have the Super Bowl in a cold weather place (unless in a Dome). No one wants to go sit in the snow or freezing cold to watch the best game of the year. The NFL, NCAA wants to be able to not only sell tickets to parents and fans, but also CORPORATE MONEY and they are not going to pay to sit in Lambo stadium to watch a game. Not going to happen.

Or maybe, they could start doing that once they start the playoff system, which is also mandated by money.

LSU's campus is 80 miles away . Florida played in arizona last year. "come up north and play some real football" ???? Should we bring the leather helmets ??????? And the SEC teams don't travel during the regular season ?????????????? And you accuse me of smoking crack. I think you don't like the results and just wish to argue the results --does'nt make sense does it? SEC 7-2 Big ten 3-5 . They do rule the MAC however. hats off to Michigan for a good W , saved the conference from further embarrasment. "Travel thousands of miles from home " the game was'nt in Japan . hey op i herd Les Miles read your post about not traveling has much to away games so he had the team bus circle the superdom 1500 times so LSU would have traveled about the same distance has osu did.
