The NAIA has officially announced the 40-team field and pairings for the 2018 NAIA Softball National Championship Opening Round. California Pacific Conference champion Simpson will make its fifth trip to the national tournament and the third straight season the Red Hawks have qualified for the Opening Round. SU will travel to Medford, Ore., to compete at US Cellular Field as the fourth seed in the Southern Oregon Bracket, opening with #1 SOU on Monday, May 14, a 1:30 p.m. PST.
