Stay in Softball is holding two free clinics for recreational and school softball coaches with Austin Wasserman, of Wasserman Strength (author of the High Level Throwing Manual).
Clinic #1 is for beginner and intermediate coaches. It will focus on how to teach throwing and footwork skills to beginningplayers as well as common throwing errors and how to correct them.
Clinic #2 is for intermediate – advancedcoaches and will focus on high level throwing patterns and increasing arm strength and velocity for intermediate to advanced recreational and school level players.
At each clinic, Austin will walk 8-10rec/school players through drills related to the skills he will be teaching and will explain the drills and exercises to the coaches. Several higher level travelplayers will also be present todemonstrate drills. Coaches will be able to ask questions throughout the clinic. Coaches should bring a lawn chair.

Clinic #2: February 11, 2018 Time: 9:30 AM– 11:30 A.M.
